Terms & Conditions
- Bonus is calculated based on CV.
- Bonus is paid on sales from the new Consultant’s enrollment month, up to a maximum of € 90.00 per newly enrolled Consultant.
- Incentive is only available to Consultants.
- Consultant must have a product subscription order during the month to qualify.
- Consultants earning a bonus in their enrollment month must have an active subscription.
- Consultants must be Active and in Good Standing to participate. Capitalized terms are as defined in the Evolve Compensation Plan.
- Orders cannot be placed or paid for by the personal sponsor and/or upline.
- Orders that are returned will not count toward the bonus calculation.
- Orders placed by downline Customers or Consultants who are suspended or terminated will not count toward the bonus calculation.
- All qualifiers are subject to a Sales and Compliance review prior to receiving their award.
- Awards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and are only valid for the owner of the Consultant account.
- This incentive may be modified or canceled at any time at the sole discretion of LifeVantage Corporation or its affiliates.
- LifeVantage reserves the right to change the incentive at any time and interpret the rules of the incentive and has final decision in the event of any disputes regarding the qualification requirements and inclusions.
